Use a clear image that follows the in-app framing and quality guidance. Avoid images you do not have permission to upload.
How do I remove an uploaded or generated image?
Delete it from the in-app history where available, then use the deletion page or contact support for server-side data requests.
How do I create a portrait from an ultrasound?
Choose the ultrasound portrait feature, select a clear scan you are authorized to use, follow the framing guidance, and review the request before starting the generation.
How long does a generation take?
Most requests finish within a few minutes, but complex models, network conditions, and high demand can take longer. Keep notifications enabled if the app offers a completion alert.
Does Family AI Studio use face recognition or biometric identification?
The app processes visual features in submitted media to create the requested image, but it is not designed to identify a person, verify identity, or create a biometric identity template.
How do I manage a subscription or request a refund?
