Agreement and Apple Standard EULA

Family AI Studio is licensed, not sold. For the Apple-distributed version of Family AI Studio, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a custom EULA has been accepted through the App Store. Apple’s published agreement is the controlling text for that Standard EULA.

This page identifies the application provider and explains app-specific and subscription terms. It supplements, and does not replace or restate, Apple’s Standard EULA. The Family AI Studio Terms of Use and Privacy Policy also apply.

Application provider

Gamina Teknoloji ve Yazılım Hizmetleri A.Ş. (“Gamina”) provides and licenses Family AI Studio. The license relationship for this third-party app is between you and Gamina, not Apple. Gamina is responsible for the app, its content, maintenance and support, and claims concerning the app to the extent required by applicable law.

Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Family AI Studio. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the EULA for the Apple-distributed app and may enforce it as provided in Apple’s Standard EULA.

License scope

Subject to the applicable EULA and App Store Usage Rules, Gamina grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use Family AI Studio on Apple-branded products that you own or control, including access through Family Sharing or volume purchasing where Apple permits it.

You may not redistribute, sublicense, or make the app available for simultaneous use over a network. You may not copy, reverse engineer, disassemble, derive source code from, modify, or create derivative works from the app except where applicable law or an open-source license expressly permits it.

Purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions

If the app offers paid features, the price and renewal terms shown by the relevant app store at purchase apply.

Before purchase, Family AI Studio displays the subscription name, duration, included content or services, full renewal price, and any introductory-offer or free-trial terms. Those purchase-screen and App Store confirmation terms govern the specific offer you select.

An auto-renewing subscription continues for successive periods until you cancel it through your Apple Account subscription settings. Apple processes billing, renewal, cancellation, and eligible refund requests. Gamina provides the app content and entitlement associated with a valid purchase. Use Restore Purchases in Family AI Studio if access does not match your Apple Account purchase history.

Links to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy must remain available wherever Family AI Studio presents a subscription offer.

Family AI Studio limitations

• All generated portraits are creative AI interpretations and are not predictions of real appearance.
• Ultrasound and health-related images are not interpreted for diagnosis, treatment, pregnancy assessment, or medical advice.
• Upload only media you own or are authorized to use, especially images depicting children or another person.

Data and privacy

Technical, diagnostic, account, and service information may be processed as described in the Family AI Studio Privacy Policy. Apple independently processes App Store purchases and related account information under Apple’s own terms and privacy notices.

External services and third-party terms

Family AI Studio may provide access to Gamina or third-party services. Use of those services is subject to applicable third-party terms, network-provider terms, and local law. Availability, language support, and suitability can vary by location.

You must not use the app or an external service to infringe intellectual-property rights, harass or harm another person, interfere with a service, or carry out unlawful activity.

Warranty, support, and claims

Gamina, not Apple, is responsible for addressing support requests and claims relating to Family AI Studio, including product-liability, legal-compliance, consumer-protection, privacy, and intellectual-property claims, subject to applicable law and the Terms of Use.

If the Apple-distributed app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, Apple’s Standard EULA explains when you may notify Apple for a refund of the app’s purchase price and the limits of Apple’s remaining warranty obligations. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

Termination

The license remains effective until terminated by you or Gamina. Your licensed rights may end automatically if you fail to comply with the applicable EULA. You may stop using and delete Family AI Studio at any time; ending use does not itself cancel an active subscription.

Legal and export compliance

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a United States Government embargo or designated as supporting terrorism, are not listed on a United States Government restricted-party list, and will not use Family AI Studio for a purpose prohibited by United States law.
