Delete Account or Data

Delete Family AI Studio media or account data

Delete generated items from the app first. For uploaded media, generation records, or an account held by Gamina, use the in-app deletion control when available or contact support.

1. Open your creation history and delete unwanted results.
2. Open profile or settings and choose account deletion if present.
3. Email support with the app name and deletion request if you cannot access the control.

If you cannot complete the steps above, email support@gamina.app from the address associated with your account, if applicable.

We may need to verify that you control the account or installation before processing a request. We will never ask for your password.

What may remain

Some information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. Data held by Apple, Google, or another independent provider is subject to that provider’s controls.
